Well, the version 2 has been sent. It should appear at Assembly's site today. Hopefully they publish the second version of the update, since the first version had some "4 AM last minute fixes" in it...
There's still some game play issues left that need to be fixed, but fortunately there are still chances to update the game. Next opportunity to update is on Thursday.

Well monday is almost over and no new version is out. How do we know it's going to be a new version? Is it mentioned in the text file or in the zip name itself?

Thumbnail image should change when the updated version is available since I changed it. I think the site should also state that the game has been updated.
Assembly is managed by volunteers on their spare time, so the deadlines might not be very accurate.

I get an error message from version 2:
Q-Lat3.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I'm running Vista 64-bit.

Accuman: Can you try to update your DirectX to the latest version? That dll should come with DirectX installation. The latest version of DirectX should be downloadable from here.

If that fails, you can copy the xinput1_3.dll to Q-Lat3 folder and see if that helps. I'll add it to the installation package for the next possible update, which is on Thursday.

This game is great. Do you know that this game is available to download from Polish service dobreprogramy.pl? @up: can't you just make a thread, not spamming in every other thread? It's so annoying =='

A new and currently final version of Q-Lat3 will be available from our site next weekend (I hope). The new version will have improved difficulty settings (3 difficulty modes) and some new stuff that was added after the Assembly competition.

About black balls, they're faster, right?

Looks like the final release will be unfortunately postponed to next weekend, since there are still a few bugs in the game. And also I haven't had the time to test the new version as much as I intended.
