firtst of all what program can make the glowing thing? and then how can i make it too?
i want to put it in a scenery image but i've seen it in tiles only.
-> oh and something else, i just noticed that the picture i want to put as scenery, doesn't show at all. when i click on it [in the editor] it shows in fullscreen a white image. it's in .bmp file 640x480. what seems to be the prob???

The glowing things in scenerys are bugs ! It's not a bug, it's an utility. The glowin/twinkling (if we are talking abut the same thing) is what Janne calls color shifting. It's easy to learn but difficult to master. In the palette colors 224 to 239 (or 225-240, in case first color is labelled as 1) is a collectin of purpelish grayscales. If you use any of those colors, it will change. It's used for example in conveyor belts and the background screens in the factory palette. About the scenery not showing, I'm not sure. Are you sure you used the right palette?

and plz tell me why doesn't it show my scenery pic? [it's .bmp and 640x480] what else does it need?

You have to convert the picture to the game's color palette. You can use Paint Shop Pro for doing this. For best support, you have to ask Janne.
