The game was made in the year 2000, so why it uses still dos  . I can execute it with the Win2000 DosShell but then you can´t save a game....

BEEZ was programmed with Turbo Pascal and it doesn't have a very good support (or at all) for Windows programming. And although BEEZ was published at 2000, I started making it at 1998. It was the last DOS game I have done and also the last game I programmed with Turbo Pascal.

Thanks. I know Turbo Pascal.... aweful !  Pekka Kana 2 and Q-Lat 2 were all made in Visual languages... A question : is or will Pekka Kana (be) open source ?

... Sorry about posting in wrong forum ... I was in an absent-minded mood. But it isn't anyway of current interest. Much more interesting will be that will the PK3 be open source? There's a topic about this already in the PK3 forum, if you haven't already noticed.

Beez was way too slow to play when I tried it in DOSBox. It worked, though, but slooooowly.

Some external libraries, assembler fragments or something else for loading graphics/handling video output?
