It would be useful to have sprites which can: - freeze the time limit - unfreeze the time limit - set the time limit to a special time.
With these sprites it would be possible to create areas in which one can spend as much time as one needs while the time goes on after leaving this area. And even if you have plenty of time left at a special place of the level, the creator of the level can make it more difficult by setting the time limit very low at that point so one has to hurry up even if one has had enough time before.
Freezing the time limit is stupid, since you can just add as many clocks as you need. Freezing the enemies instead can do much better work. Or slowing them down.
The anti-clock on the other side, would be a very cool idea. It's a clock that will reduce your time. But it has to be placed in a way the player can catch it. Or, better, it can be made as a fade-in and fade-out clock, that can surprise the player by not seeing it before it appears in front of him. Or falling by the gravity clocks or in surprise boxes.
Here are my ideas for Pekka Kana 3: - MULTIPLAYER (split screen or alternate or online) -sprite editor -more episodes, more terrain -more secret way -more funny sprite Sorry for my bad english! Thank you!
Hello, I've got the next idea: What if it was possible to create player profiles? Instead of writing your name (like PK2) it could be possible to choose your profile and there could be everything in your profile (best time/score of a level/map)...
Excellent idea mat! If I were making PK3, I would definitely add this option.
That makes me think that I've got some ideas for the save system. Depending on when we will hear more from the authors about the world map (I presume there will be) and when we get a clear idea about it, we can discuss more the saving system.
